Find a Skin Tightening and Facial Rejuvenation solution to your face and neck with Ultherapy service from Ultherapy Fort Lauderdale. As a certified ultherapy provider, we can effectively help the skin rebuild collagen for a smoother and more youthful appearance.
A good candidate is someone with skin that has ‘relaxed’ to the point of
sagging and feeling less firm like a sagging neck. A lowered brow line or loose skin on the
eyelids, for instance, is often the first sign of “maturing” skin. At the time of your Ultherapy consultation visit we evaluate if you are an appropriate candidate.
Our office is lifting loose and sagging neck and jowls, dropping eyelids and lower face (from cheek bone to chin). Look below for our starting cost and price information. While turkey neck and the area under your chin can be treated as a single area, for most patients, there is a better, more predictable result when the support below your chin extends into your cheek.

As you age, your face and neck begin to sag because of facial volume
loss, bony changes and skin laxity. Ultherapy is the first treatment
approved by the FDA to address this issue. It works by lifting the soft
tissues of the face, brows, chin and neck to stop sagging and to
tighten skin. It is the only cosmetic procedure that uses ultrasound
imaging to ensure the precise deliverance of energy deep under the skin
surface to tighten the tissue and stimulate collagen growth without
cutting or disrupting its surface. If you have mild to moderate skin
laxity but are not ready, or do not want surgery, Ultherapy may be a
great option for facial rejuvenation.
Because it is a non-surgical facelift, there is no downtime with
Ultherapy, which means you can return to your normal activities the
following day. You may notice some results instantly but overall it
generally takes 3-4 months for final improvement. It is a about 60
minute procedure that will heat the tissue to lift and tighten loose
skin. Ultherapy is
sometimes performed a second time after a few months to enhance the
effects. Side effects such as tingling and numbness are rare with this
procedure and resolve over a few weeks.
Ultherapy can help turn back the signs of aging by
gently, gradually and reliably tighting the skin during treatment and
then slowly and naturally over the period of 90 to 120 days. Typically,
only one treatment is needed to get a visible improvement. However, some patients may benefit from more than one treatment.
Ultherapy Vs ThermaCool and Accent Radiofrequency
Various energy based technologies are
available that trigger new collagen production and help firm, tighten, tone or
lift the skin, namely those utilizing radiofrequency, and deep-tissue ultrasound
modes of energy delivery.
Research has shown that new collagen
formation (collagen denaturation followed by neocollagenesis) takes place at
temperature between 60°C and 65°C. Moreover, scientific histological
analysis has shown that temperature higher than 70°C has no additional effect of
new collagen production.
Radiofrequency approaches produce a
range of, less than ideal, temperatures. The ThermaCool system, for example, reaches temperatures of about 55°Cin the skin surface (dermis).
The Accent Radiofrequency system
generates temperatures of between 40°C and 44°C. Neither system reaches the
optimal temperature for new collagen formation.
The Ulthera system (deep-tissue ultrasound),
on the other hand, heats the target tissue to slightly above 60°C. That is why Ultherapy is the ONLY device that has received FDA clearance
for a “lift” indication.
Ultherapy in the Media
How Ultherapy works
Unlike lasers, which penetrate the skin from the outside-in, Ultherapy
bypasses the surface of the skin, specifically targeting the deep skin
tissues where collagen lives. Ultherapy works from the inside-out to
lift and tighten skin without surgery.
A smooth handpiece is placed on your skin and an image of the tissue
beneath is projected on a screen. This allows us to “see” where we will
treat your skin.
But here’s the difference: with Ultherapy, that same handpiece is also
used to deliver tiny deposits of focused ultrasound energy at just the
right depth below the skin, to the same foundational layer typically
addressed in a surgical facelift.
Your body's response to this energy is to recondition sagging skin by
stimulating the growth of fresh, new collagen. The result is a
tightening and gradual lifting, or shifting of the skin back into a more
youthful position and form-fitting shape.
Due to our competitive Ultherapy price and monthly discount specials,
many of our Ultherapy patients comes from the city of Fort Lauderdale,
Miami, Hollywood, Bocan Raton, West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Garden.
With Ultherapy, the patient can go his or her day after a single 60 -
90 minute in-office procedure. What is impressive about this technology
is some patient may notice a short-term “boost” immediately after the
treatment. It also creates new and more elastic collagen that builds
